
The following Rental Agreement applies to all reservations for baby equipment.
Delivery prior to your arrival is delivery before 6:00 P.M. In the event I am advised by my Resort that the items are unable to be located, or I arrive to my rental home and are unable to locate the items rented, I understand it is my responsibility to telephone A Baby's Best Friend immediately to ascertain the placement location. I understand I will not receive a refund for unclaimed or unused reserved items. I understand the items rented must be returned by 11:00am on the check-out date stated on the rental agreement/order form. Items not returned by 11:00am will result in a fee charged to my credit card for additional day rental.
I understand it is my responsibility (not that of resort Bell Services) to ensure all rented items are returned to the Resort Luggage Room from where I retrieved them, (NOT the check-out desk). In the event rented items are not returned to the resort luggage room and must be located elsewhere on resort property by A BABY'S BEST FRIEND staff because I failed to do so, will result in an additional charge to my credit card of up to $75.00 per item, without notice and cannot be contested. If rented items are never located, replacement value will be charged.
I understand items returned needing excessive cleaning or are damaged, will result in an additional fee charged to my credit card. Examples of, but not limited to, include vomit, chewing gum, stickers, dried ice cream, crayon marks, or candy, etc.
The Visa/MasterCard used to secure this reservation will be charged 7 days prior to delivery. I understand that I must allow seven days prior to arrival to cancel my order, otherwise full charge for the equipment reserved will be incurred.
I agree that any and all damages to the equipment will be reported to A Baby's Best Friend immediately.
A Baby's Best Friend agrees to replace damaged equipment with same or similar products for me as soon as practically possible. Also, destruction of packing materials, (transit boxes, rope, etc.), discovered on retrieval of items will result in supplemental charges.
A BABY'S BEST FRIEND, its owners and/or employees will not be responsible for improper assembly and/or use of equipment rented.
